Anthony Mundine’s opponent for his upcoming bout at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre on January 29 has been released.
‘The Man’ will take on American Carson Jones, who today revealed the news via his Facebook.
27 year old Jones, (35-10-3, 25KOs) has recently campaigned at Welterweight, having lost twice in his last 4 to undefeated contender Kell Brook. This fight will take place at Light Middleweight.
The event being broadcast on Main Event PPV will feature Quade Cooper and Blake Ferguson, each stepping in for their second professional fights. 2012 Olympian Cameron Hammond (6-0, 3KOs) will be in action, as well as Mundine stable mates Renold Quinlan (6-0, 3KOs) and David Aloua (9-1, 6KOs).
